Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Shell Lounge Wellness & Beauty, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a $40 fee. • No-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. • A non-refundable deposit may be required for select appointments and will be applied toward your treatment. • Please arrive on time — clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
